Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique renowned for its capacity to induce relaxation, reduce stress, and facilitate healing while harmonizing the body's chakra system. This safe and holistic approach supports the mind, body, and spirit.
Benefits of Reiki
Stress, trauma, and illness can weaken the body's natural energy flow resulting in imbalances, blockages, and limitations in our life force energy. Reiki enhances the innate capacity of the body to heal physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional issues by bringing the chakra system back into alignment. It removes energy blockages, fostering profound relaxation and overall well-being. Reiki serves as a means to fine-tune your energy, enabling it to reach its healthiest state.
What to Expect During a Session
You're encouraged to dress comfortably and avoid wearing any perfume or cologne. It is also advised to avoid eating sugar or drinking caffeine at least one hour prior to your healing session. You will rest comfortably on a heated massage table and remain clothed for the entire session.
The session begins with a baseline measurement of the aura followed by a chakra assessment. After a guided meditation, I will begin with vibrational sound healing by playing enchanting Koshi chimes and several meditative crystal singing bowls. After that, I will place energetic tuning forks above or gently on your body. This will help to remove blockages in the body’s pathways and increase the flow of energy facilitating homeostasis through which healing begins. Sound waves travel around 4 times faster in water, which makes the body an excellent receptor and conductor of vibrational sound healing. Next, I will begin the flow of Reiki. I will place my hands 3-4 inches above your body, within layers of your aura, in a series of hand positions and motions to channel Reiki energy throughout your body. Doing this raises your vibrational frequency which helps energetic blockages to dissolve and release. I will conclude your session by playing the soothing, relaxing, and meditative sound of Himalayan healing bowls around and on your body followed by a cleansing and restorative gong bath.
Healing Bowl Sound Bath
Healing bowls are an ancient technology, about 2500 years old, used for stimulating brainwaves. These healing bowls produce a pure spectrum of harmonic sound and soothing vibrations. These vibrations can be felt through sensory receptors in the body and have a relaxing effect. Our self-healing and self-regulating systems use this sound to elicit feelings of relaxation and tranquility. This comforting feeling is an important and powerful part of the healing process. Illness or “dis-ease” manifests when energy in the body is blocked and vibrating “out of tune.” The vibrational frequency created by singing bowls helps to naturally restore and optimize the flow of energy in the chakras and parts of the body that need it most. Each bowl resonates appropriately pitched tones for all seven of the major chakras, providing each chakra with its specific sound for optimal balancing. This sound healing experience, combined with Reiki healing, helps to cultivate a state of healing, balance, and vitality in the mind, body, and spirit.

A 60-minute session is $130 and a 90-minute session is $180.
