What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice that channels universal life force energy through gentle hands-on or hovering techniques. It helps the body relax deeply, calms the mind, and eases stress while supporting your natural ability to heal. By clearing energetic blockages and restoring balance within the chakra system, Reiki harmonizes energy flow throughout the body and nurtures the well-being of mind, body, and spirit. Sound Healing

Illness or “dis-ease” can occur when energy in the body is blocked or vibrating “out of tune.” The vibrational frequencies of singing bowls and other sacred sound healing tools help restore and optimize energy flow in the chakras and other areas that need it most. These soothing vibrations can be felt through sensory receptors, gently influencing both the body and brainwaves, promoting deep relaxation, calm, and balance. What to Expect During a Session

You will rest comfortably on a heated massage table. Your session begins with a baseline aura measurement and chakra assessment, providing insight into your energetic field. Next, I use a personalized blend of the following transformative sound healing tools:
