Mindful Mystic LLC understands that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. However, each time you miss an appointment or class another client is prevented from receiving care or instruction.
A scheduled appointment time or class is reserved only for you. If you cancel at the last minute or do not show, the reserved space cannot be rescheduled.

Cancellation / Rescheduling / No Show Policy for Healing Sessions

A 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment or class. This amount must be paid prior to your next session.

No Show – Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their session will be considered a “no-show.” You will be charged, in full, for this missed session. This amount must be paid prior to your next session and you will be required to pre-pay future sessions.

Late Arrivals – If you arrive late, your session may be shortened. Depending upon how late you arrive, there may not be enough time remaining to receive a full session. Regardless of the actual length of time of your session, you will be responsible for paying the full amount of the time frame you scheduled.

A 14-day advance notice is required when canceling a Reiki Certification class. This allows the opportunity for someone else to sign up. If you are unable to give a 14-day advance notice you may be charged the full amount of your class.
