Just like we take care of our cleanse our physical body, it's equally important to cleanse and protect our energy regularly. By doing so, we release stagnant or negative energies, creating space for renewed vitality and positivity.

 

Here are some effective methods to cleanse your energy:

 

1.     Smudging with Ethically Sourced Sage or Palo Santo: The sacred act of smudging has been practiced for centuries to clear negative energy. Light the sage bundle or palo santo stick and allow the smoke to fill your surroundings, moving from room to room with the intention of releasing any stagnant or unwanted energies. Open windows and doors to let fresh air circulate afterward.


2.     Salt Baths: Soaking in a warm bath infused with sea salt or Epsom salt can cleanse your energetic body. As you immerse yourself, visualize the saltwater drawing out any impurities or negative energy. This simple practice can leave you feeling refreshed, balanced, and rejuvenated.


3.     Visualization and Intention: Close your eyes, take deep breaths, and visualize a brilliant white light surrounding you. Imagine this light purifying your entire being, releasing any energy that no longer serves you.
